About Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja

Joe & Mac: Caveman Ninja began as a 1991 run-and-gun arcade game by Data East before being ported to home consoles, with the Sega Genesis version published by Takara and considered the most arcade-accurate of the console releases. Players control one of two prehistoric heroes, green-haired Joe or blue-haired Mac, fighting through primeval landscapes with boomerangs, bones, fire, and clubs to rescue a group of women kidnapped by a rival caveman tribe. A two-player mode lets a second player join in as the other caveman for simultaneous co-op action.

Controls are usually keyboard based natively or touch if on mobile. No download required.
