About Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse

Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse is a platform game developed by Sega AM7 and released for the Sega Genesis in November 1990. Mickey Mouse sets off to rescue Minnie Mouse after she’s kidnapped by the evil witch Mizrabel, fighting through candy forests, toy chests, and haunted libraries along the way. It was the first entry in Sega’s long-running Illusion series and is remembered as one of the games that helped establish the Genesis’s reputation for quality platformers in the years before Sonic the Hedgehog arrived.
